BOOKING & PAYMENT
By confirming your booking with Good Vibes Surf Club, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
All reservations are binding once made through our website or directly with us. A deposit (100% of the booking value, unless otherwise stated) is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. Payments must be made in the agreed currency, and guests are responsible for any transfer or bank fees.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before arrival will be refunded at 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures.
CHANGING YOUR BOOKING
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please email us at weare@goodvibessurfclub.com.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by us to be valid.
CURRENCY & PAYMENT
All prices on this website are listed in USD for reference purposes. Payments made in Indonesia will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. Including all applicable taxes, fees, and charges.
LOCAL PARTNERS
We collaborate with trusted local partners in Indonesia who meet our professional quality standards. Please note that we may not be the direct owner or provider of every individual service offered through our website. By booking with us, you acknowledge that some services may be delivered by our local partners, and their terms and conditions may also apply.
VILLA RULES
- Check-in: from 14:00 | Check-out: by 11:00
- Please inform us of your approximate arrival time.
- Quiet hours: 23:00 – 06:00
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Smoking only allowed in designated areas of the villa.
- Guests are expected to respect fellow guests, villa staff, and our local community.
- Villa partner is not responsible for accidents or injuries during your stay.
SURF LESSONS, COACHING, & EQUIPMENT USE
- Surfing carries inherent risks. By participating in lessons, activities, or equipment use, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- All guests must follow the safety instructions given by our instructors.
- Surfboards and equipment provided must be handled with care. Damaged or lost equipment may incur replacement or repair costs.
- Participation requires a basic level of swimming ability and physical fitness. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to surf.
HEALTH, SAFETY, & CONDUCT
Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your participation. For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse participation in activities if we believe it could pose a risk.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
Surfing and water sports activities
Medical treatment and evacuation
Trip cancellations or interruptions
Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings
Good Vibes Surf Club is not liable for costs resulting from lack of adequate insurance coverage.
TRANSPORT & TRANSFERS
We can help arrange airport transfers, car hire with drivers, or motorbike rentals upon request.
Transport services may be provided by third-party operators. Good Vibes Surf Club is not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or damages caused by external providers.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Good Vibes Surf Club, its staff, and partners are not liable for:
- Accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during your stay or while participating in activities.
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Changes in surf conditions, weather, or other natural elements beyond our control.
All guests participate in activities at their own risk.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for cancellations, changes, or interruptions caused by events outside our control, such as:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Political unrest or government restrictions
- In such cases, we may offer date changes or credit toward a future stay, but refunds are not guaranteed.
PRIVACY & MEDIA
Personal details provided at booking will be kept confidential and used only for reservation purposes.
Photos and videos may be taken during activities for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in these, please let us know upon arrival.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be settled under Bali jurisdiction.
